If you are reading this, first and foremost, congratulations!

At Gojalanjalan, we have helped ferry many couples to and fro the Registry of Marriages.

As such, we understand the logistical nightmares and planning for your momentous occasion.

From attending to the bride’s make-up to the groom’s affairs, the lists are endless!

Here are some pointers to ensure your special day goes off without a hitch.

#1: Go through your guest lists

Your big day will mean relatives, friends, bridesmaids, groomsmen grandparents and so on sharing your big day.

While this is perfectly alright, it does have an impact on the types and sizes of vehicles required.

We would advise you to go through your guest list and trim it down if need be, to suit your budget.

#2: Decide how much space you require

Now that you have an idea on the number of persons on your guest list, you can then narrow down to the types of vehicles.

For starters, you may opt for our 40-seater which can seat a maximum of 40 passengers.

For a huge entourage, you have the option to choose from our 45-seater as they come with a luggage compartment for extra space to store your wedding gifts and other paraphernalia.

Finally, we also have a 49-seater.

The price ranges from $120 to $160 per trip or $100 to $120 per hour for a minimum of four hours

#3: Plan in advance and book early

Planning is essential to ensure your big day goes off without a hitch. Photo:Shutterstock.

Why? This is because our weekends tend to be filled up with wedding events.

Therefore, to avoid logistical problems, you should give us at least a month’s notice prior to your wedding.

#4: Provide an alternate point of contact

You should feel like a king or a queen and leave the worries to someone else. Photo: Shutterstock.

While the bride and groom are usually the first points of contact, it is best to designate an alternate point of contact.

This is because you will be so caught up with your nuptials during your special day that you do not have the time to personally attend to the nitty-gritty details.

Your alternate source of contact should be someone who knows your schedule to a T.

Let us deal with them directly while you do what you’re supposed to do – enjoy being the queen and king for the day!

#5: Schedule a pickup time

Next, schedule the appropriate pickup time with us.

We would advise you to gather your entourage early so that we can reach your destination on time.

We will allow for a grace period of 10 to 15 minutes.

Note:

We do have dedicated a special bus for weddings that is appropriate for your momentous occasion at no extra costs.

Due to the high volume of requests that we receive, you are advised to book this bus early to avoid any disappointments.

Gojalanjalan Singapore provides private bus charter from point to point for your wedding pickups! Hourly bus bookings are also available. For more information, contact us at 5mins@gojalanjalan.com.sg or +65 8838 6444.
