1. Can I confirm my bookings and pay cash to your driver on the day itself?
In order to confirm your bookings, we will require full fare payment before the trip as we previously had cases of last minute cancellations. We accept payments via cheque, bank transfer, PayNow, credit card and PayPal.

2. How long can your driver wait based on the time we stated?
We will give a grace period of 15 minutes which is complimentary. All fares quoted are based on nett price. For any additional waiting time exceeding 15 minutes, it is chargeable at an additional trip rate. In addition, for any cancellations, the trip will still be chargeable at the full rate.

3. Do you do per trip charges?
Yes, we do. We have vehicles available on an ad-hoc per trip basis as well as hourly bookings (bus charter).

4. Do you provide bus trips to Malaysia?
Currently, our fleet of buses is mainly operating in Singapore. For trips to Malaysia, only our bigger buses (40 & 45 seaters) are available.

5. We are a group comprising of 37 persons coming to Singapore in February. Do you provide buses for city tours?
Yes, we do. Do note that we are a bus transport company and are able to shuttle you to your designated drop off points only. We are not licenced to conduct city tours. However, should you wish to engage the services of a tour guide, we are able to arrange one for you.

6. When will I get our bus details?
You will get your bus details once your trip is confirmed. Bus details will be furnished latest one day before your trip date.

7. Can I change my booking timings?
For any changes in pick up timings, do inform us at least one day in advance. Do note that all requests will be subjected to the availability of buses.

8. Who should I contact for bus arrival matters?
Our operations team will monitor & schedule daily trips. For requests on earlier pickup timings or any delays in bus arrivals, do contact our operations team.

9. Can I charter my own bus?
Yes, our buses are available for hourly bus charters (with a minimum of 5 hours). Do provide us with your trip details. Our team will advise you on the best bus capacity and the charges accordingly.

10. Please advise us on the booking procedures.
Firstly, you will need to provides us with your trip details. Secondly, we will send you our quotation. Thirdly, customers will need to accept the quote and make a full fare payment. Once this is done, your booking is confirmed. We will then send the bus details to the customer at least one day before the trip.
